Q: Is this membership only for women, or can men join too?
A: My work speaks mostly to women, as that is the majority who follow and work with me, but men are welcome too and will get the same value.
This is not a "group" membership where you would interact with other members.
Q: Is there a private Facebook group or online community?
A: No. This is designed to stay simple and sacred, without group noise.
Managing a group would be overwhelming and time-consuming, which would raise the monthly price.
Q: How does the training + Q&A format work?
A: A new training video drops the first Tuesday each month. You’ll have 1.5 weeks to ask/ post questions, then a Q&A video is released the third Tuesday.
This keeps the experience simple, and streamlined forward moving.
Q: Can I ask personal questions or get individualized support in the Q&A?
A: No. The Q&A is for lesson-related questions, not personal coaching.
Let's not get sidetracked. This keeps the focus clear and ensures that everyone benefits from the answers.
If you’re looking for personal coaching, or deeper 1:1 support, I offer private sessions and higher-level programs separately.
Q: When are new monthly videos released?
A: (1) New training: first Tuesday. (2) Q&A video: third Tuesday.

Q: How long are the training videos?
A: About 30 minutes; practical and powerful without the "fluff".

A: They are pre-recorded.
Doing them live makes it impossible to accommodate everyone in different time zones. This also helps keep the price low.

Q: What is an example of "Bonus" videos and content?
